Foam Roller
Crucial for self myofascial release ( self massage) and getting to learn your body. I use mine every single day.
Lacrosse Ball
Excellent for massaging and releasing knots in hard to reach places, like the shoulders, back, or hips. Easily control pressure.

Massage Gun
Feeling lazy but want to release some trigger spots? This is a useful tool to dig deep into muscles while relaxing. Your friends will also love you if you bring this to a festival or active event.
Resistance Bands
Useful for strengthening muscles and joints. Large ones can be useful for stretching and warm up’s
Pillow Massager
Tired at the end of a long day? Set this baby up and get an awesome neck massage ( this counts as self myofascial release)
Yoga Stick
A tool to aid in balance or practice improving balance. This can also be used for twisting and mobility challenges!
