Can I train if I have a previous injury?
Absolutely! Mobility training can help improve discomfort and malalignments from previous injuries. However it is important that you have been medically cleared to do activities. If you have a new or recent injury, always seek appropriate healthcare guidance.

Can I do this if I am older and have back pain?
Yes. It is especially important in our upper years to be intentional in our movements, and prevent pain from becoming worse, ultimately causing us to be dependent on others. This type of training can help you stay independent for as long as possible.

Will I keep access to the library videos once purchased?
At this point in time, I am working on a way to allow clients to keep lifetime access to videos once purchased. With my current Trainerize app, it is not an option. Stay tuned, in time it will be always accessible!
