Self Guided: Whole Body Mobility program

This program was created to get you started on your mobility training journey. Start improving strength and flexibility in your ankles, hips, spine, shoulders, and core.

Gain access to 3 months of scheduled movements, with each month increasing in difficulty. Access includes example videos and descriptions on how to correctly perform each movement.

Each week includes 3 days of assigned movements (M,W,F), and a day with static stretching or a mini yoga flow(S) = (4 days per week).
