1 on 1 Coaching

Personal coaching is excellent for those who have specific problems or goals. Examples include body aches, previous injuries, muscular malalignments, or prepping for an athletic event.

There will be an initial evaluation of your kinetic chain and movement system. A customized program will be created to cater to your specific needs and goals. There will be weekly check ins to ensure program adherence, as well as monthly check ins to evaluate changes in the program as needed.
